Presence Practice

For those who yearn for more ease, peace and quality time into their lives, join us for Presence Practice. This experience combines informality with structure, resembling a drop-in session where participation in activities is entirely optional. You have the freedom to decide whether you'll cultivate presence individually or in the company of others. Presence Practice offers a variety of optional and asynchronous activities to suit your preferences.

  • Sauna 

  • Reading 

  • Journaling 

  • Digital Detoxing 

  • Live Meditation (630pm) 

  • Conversations about presence and distraction   

The live meditation is followed by an optional group conversation about what came up during it and space is collectively held for grief. Child care is not provided but children are definitely welcome.
