“You’ll find the future wherever people are having the most fun.” - Steven Johnson

Work is evolving where emotional intelligence, play, collaboration, play, and psychological safety have become necessities for employees. Some companies have caught on and are trying to stay ahead of the curve, while others are becoming obsolete to the 21st century worker.

Reset, the creators of the famous retreat, Camp Reset, are now utilizing the lessons they learned in building such strong communities to help leaders to build the teams and the culture they have always desired, but never knew how to get there. The same techniques that have made Camp Reset one of the most prolific retreat programs in the world for the past 9 years can be shared to help strengthen the bonds within your team and finally build the organization you’ve been striving to create for years.

We are happy to accommodate virtual workshop requests or develop custom programming to solve your organization’s specific pain points.
